| EIHL AWARDS There are 12 Awards again this year: 1) Vezina Trophy - Best Goalie - Nominees: Amit B, Gurminder P, Sukhminder P, Robbie S, Rejean R, Bippy R and Gurpreet. The winner is Sukhminder P of the Punjab Pirates. 2) EIHLPA award - Most Improved Player - Nominees: Gogs K, Bippy R, Sukhminder P, Harj K, Amar S and Sangeet. The winner is the captain of the Redwings Gogs K. 3) Rookie of the Year - Nominees Sandeep P, winner from the Punjab Pirates Sandeep P. 4) The Seva Award - Goes to Goldy J for making the BBQ and Allstar game a success. 5) EIHL Executive of the Year - Nominees are Jessie K and Gogs K. The winner is Gogs K, captain of the Redwings. 6)The Selke Trophy - Best Defensive Forward - The nominees are: Diapers G, Poon S, Atul B and Sangeet T. The winner is Poon S of the Punjab Penguins. 7) The Lady Byng has been replaced by the Brad Marsh trophy for best defensive defenseman. The winner of this award is Rupinder S, of the Punjab Penguins. 9) Art Ross - Scoring Leader: the winner is Jessie K, captain of the Punjab Penguins with 24 goals.
